Purple Plait
I've tonnes of fun making these. I like the fact that they are so simple in design, and yet the simplicity is what makes them stand out. This is definitely one design I won't get tired of making. :)
I've used purple before, but only limit them to pastel colours. This marks my first time of combining purple and black, and those are really some joyful colours to combine!
I love making sets of these repetitive patterns for Nabila. Thought I should add more to the collection - pencils, pens, tags, notebooks etc so it could be one giant hand-made stationery set hehe.
Oh well, there's always next time, not?
The 2 yellowish brown bookmarks are definitely my favourite too - from the colour combination to the fact that it looks more like woodcarving than paper quilling haha. Should. make. more. of. these. :)

Fasten things together
So many things to do, so little time!
These are some of the flowers and butterflies in my collections (told you I've made tons before), and since my paper clips collection are thinning down, I thought I should make some, and here they are.
It's good to have pre-made embellishments like the flowers and the butterflies, as it took me less than 5 minutes to glue them down on the paper clips.
Back in those days of quilled flower craze, I love to mix and match two colours for a flower, and ended up with some multi-colours flowers! (And the polka-dot butterfly reminded me of chicken pox haha)
On other note, my to do list just added up to another page from before, and I've officially started to get a bit panicky of not being able to settle everything on time. I still have few emails to reply, few orders to do, few trips to go, few itineraries to prepare, few resumes to send and a graduation to attend. Perhaps it's time to scream and grab a chunk of my hair now.
I have to stop taking bulk orders for now as I'm fully booked up until July. But I'd still entertain small, individual orders, if you're interested. To those whose emails I still owe a reply to, hang in there okay, need to sort everything first, and I will get to you back ASAP!

Gift Box
Sorry for not being able to blog for the past few days. Been quite busy lately with presentations and assignments. I can't even find time to do crafts too. I can't finish the layout for the 3rd LSQ challenge since the printer is out of ink and my sis used the camera. I know the due date is tomorrow so I'm going to buy new printer ink this afternoon (and need to mail few cards to a buyer ;p) and try to finish up by today. For now, I'' leave you with this entry.
Remember this?

I blogged about this here.
Like I said before, these paper clips were part of a gift box that also consists of 2 accordion album. Well, this is how the gift box looks like:

And these are the accordion albums that I made based on Yatie's RAK (I won a hand-made accordion album from Yatie for winning the May Challenge @ Lovescrap.
This is how both albums look like:

I've done this in May but until now, I can't find time to start decorating the albums.
Oh, I went to Cineleisure to watch The Dark Knight yesterday (which was really AWESOME!!!) and took the time to stop by Papier and finally bought:
Flower Punch (1 small and one medium in size)
Inkpad for my stamps
Some cute little brads
I'm starting on creating my own (hand-made) Prima flowers. Once I got hold of the camera, I'll put up the tutorials ok!

Yummy paper clips!
First of all, there's something wrong with my camera! Every time I tried taking photos, they ended up either in stripes or too bright that I have to readjust in photoshop. Even then, I'm not really satisfied with the photos, so mind the eye disturbance till I get my camera fix ok!
Right, back to yummy paper clips. I wasn't really into paper clips before, but lately I figure out that paper clips come in handy when you are unwilling to forgo the extras from your art projects. Lovescrap for one, had a paper clip swap not long ago (which I found out after I joined the forum - so I did not participate in it). But I was sooo into the idea that I decided to make my own paper clips. I have a box of coloured paper clips at home so I decided to give it a try - and ended up using almost all the paper clips!! ;p
So here they are... enjoy!
You recognise where the pattern paper comes from, don't you? :)

These paper clips actually come together with a box and 2 accordion album (1 mini). Will blog about them later.

The flower power (the roses paper clip reminds me of a bridal shower muaahahahaha)

My first experiment using paperless materials :)

.. last but not least, you probably remember Mr I? Apparently he found his true love and also successfully reached for the star. So he's not a depressed lamb anymore hahhahaa.

Don't these look yummy? They remind me of lollipops. Not sure why.
